Why can't Yahoo Answers suspend the account of impersonators on reporting abuse via mail?

They always give me a same reply that they don't have all the information they needed, so they can't suspend the account of such trolls.|||Friend,

I have written in detail to YA about this .

I have reported the cloned IDs and Impersonations. But no action and ll are scott free .

People are using the names as it is and Avatars as it is and asking NASTY Questions. Is it not impersonation and intrusion into privacy of a member and there by a Violation?

What more they want , I really do not understand,

There are Four members using my Avatar and Personal Name AS IT IS .Is it not a Violation?

YA has to do re-frame their rules , I think or amend some clauses, to PROTECT THE INTEREST OF TCs And the other members whose Ids are Impersonated.

But numerous reporting seems USELESS .

All members shall join together and arrive at a Solution to convince Ya to amend the Clauses.

Then alone the Members can be HAPPY.|||Well!!!

They are correct to some extent...

They do not have enough information!!!!!!

I had smashed Yahoo when it approached me for customer satisfication survey..

Most probably either they do not have proper methodology to identify the trolls.

Else, they are not interested in reducing the Quantum of customers (i.e Only numbers speak Not real identities)|||yes

like in cricket , you apply to the umpire to get the batsman out , here too you have to make a complaint and it shoud be seconded by one more voter.

unfortunately , we donot unite like trolls do, therfore nobody seconds even if you propose/complain and on teh contrary the trolls are all united!!!!!!!!!|||To face Rakshasas %26amp; Rakshasis here, i want to be a Rakshashi. But, i am a good Rakshashi for the good people.|||This, this. this is the question just I was about to ask.
