We should agree as a community not to suspend and account, we should send warning only and calrify why?

do you agree that we all do mistakes, we should be warned not suspended? after certain number of warning the account could be suspended for a week only, to give more chances to others to communicate.|||Yes I do agree because sometimes accounts are suspended for the most pathetic reasons, usually because somebody has been trolled. It doesn't matter because people just open new accounts, there is no proper check by Yahoo on people registering under another name.|||yes-there could have been dozens of reasons why-oughta give them another chance..|||the violation notices should be a warning to users that there is a problem. people should be suspended and not allowed to just open another account to continue doing the very things that got them suspended. yes people make mistakes but making the same mistakes repeatedly should have consequences, that is what suspension is about. people do not bother reading the guidelines and think that rules do not apply to them and make this site unpleasant for the users that do care about the quality of it's content.
