Why would youtube suspend someones account?

Why would youtube suspend someones account? I never post any videos but they are some channels I really enjoy watching. Does anyone have any idea why occasionally some channels and accounts get suspended. Thanks|||If they break any rules listed in the Terms and Conditions.|||Breaking TOS is a general answer, the TOS is here:

http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines

Usual violations that get people banned are posting copyrighted material (like tv shows), posting videos with defamatory "hate speech" (derogatory videos about some religions and races often get flagged this way), and pornography or inappropriate sexual content.

The way it generally works is someone objects and flags a video, then that might get investigated by youtube. If they decide to suspend your account, there is an appeal process, but they can always just ban you and/or delete your videos if they so choose.|||If the guy breaks youtube's TOS by posting spam vids or violent stuffs etc etc then he'll get banned..thats how youtube plays..u cant stop it :(
