How many violations can you receive, before Yahoo Answers can suspend your account?

The Yahoo statement is that one or more trusted reporters must report a question or answer for it to be deleted. You can appeal and if the appeal is upheld the reporter loses some credibility. It takes a number of violations to get someone suspended, the exact number would vary dependant on the severity of the violations.|||It is not how many you get. You can get small violations such as not a question/answer, Chat or rant, spam, insulting other members and not get your account deleted. If you get several of these in a day then yahoo will delete your account immediately. If you get one every once in a while you are ok.

All It takes is one major violation such as harm to minors, violence or threats, harassment or privacy invasion, impersonation or misrepresentation, fraud or phishing, and your account can be deleted at once.

Hope this helps!!!|||You never can tell for sure though. One of my answers was falsely reported and no specific reason was given and yahoo suspended my yahoo answers account. I appealed of course both the violation and the suspension and I won both appeals and my answer and my account were restored. But it was not a nice thing to go through.
