How to suspend an youtube account?

Ok there is this psycho on youtube and he wont stop trying to find out personal info about me with his youtube account and trying to flag my videos. He has gotten 6 of my accounts permanently suspended.|||Report anything he says to you and email youtube if possible about this problem. flag HIS videos. tell youtube to appeal the flags he put on yours, or change your youtube account. But considering the fact that you've already gone thru six, I'm guessing that last one might not work.....
