Why did yahoo answers temporary suspend my account for 3 yrs?

they never told me why. i repeatedly emailed customer service ova tha yrs but they nvr responded. wassup wit tht? its annoying cuz kool.kid69 is easier typin in repeatedly than marvelous_menace_man my second account. im doin this to for customer service to acknowledge my existence.|||Use the website first..has a live chat option..

When it opens...click on on YAHOO MAIL CLASSIC (under the heading OTHER VERSIONS....then click on CONTACT US ...live chat box should come up at this time....
