I reupload it again and they said matched third party blabla it happened with one more video wtf is goin on?? how can i still keep the video or save it somehow??|||So the quesion is "Can the matched-third-party-content thing
ultimately lead to a suspended account?" The answer to that
is an unequivocal 100% yes.
After their first warning to you, I think that YouTube assumes
you are now familiar with "copyright" and infringements. Thus
if you upload another video like that again, you'll undoubtedly
be suspended for maybe 2 weeks. And if you stupidly do it a
3rd time, that's it; you're gone -- "three strikes and you're out".
YouTube and the record companies are actually very serious
over this, because in a lot of instances, the videos which use
their music are total "crap", and the overall effect of all this is
that those videos diminish the value of their songs as well as
potentially "defames" the artist.|||they wont suspend you but it means something in your vid (song maybe) was used without permission from creator. you can't have something that doesn't belong to you.
