I made an E-mail account for a friend on one of my sub accounts. So after a big fallout i decided to delete his account. Well now he's telling me that it was illegal and that he's gonna sue me.
Is he right?|||Let us know when he finds a lawyer stupid enough to take such a case. The "I'm gonna sue ya" has been a rampant phrase for decades. And still just as meaningless.
If the two of you drafted a contract to provide a service in return for some kind of compensation, then you may be in a position of liability for breach of contract, but there is no implied contract simply for a personal favor.
