Theres someone that is adding bad material on their account and I want to suspend that person. But I just have no idea how.|||Just under the video screen you will see 4 buttons.
The one at the right hand end is 'Flag'.
That is the one you use to report inappropriate material.

and that video will get taken off, just keep on reporting all the videos and youtube will realize that the user is a bad one and will ban them|||Yes, report them. Depending on the nature of the material, it may take "3 strikes" to get them banned. They can still sign up under a new account of course. All it takes is a new email.|||Report them. If your report is confirmed they may be banned.
