How can I make a new ebay account after getting my old one suspend for ever?

Hi, I got my ebay account suspend and I tried to make another one but it just suspended right away. I called and they said if 1 account was suspend everyone in the house hold would get there suspend. I was wondering if I moved to another house and used that address because I am planning on moving soon and if I use that address will I be able to make another ebay seller account. Please and thank you!|||it is possible. they only track your ip address, so if you move , that just might work.|||start a business, it costs like 30 bucks to file some paperwork and get a tax ID, which is like a social secuirty number. then you get a bank acct using the business ID. then u sign up with ebay/paypal with that info|||It is possible if you change your registration information which is your name, address, phone number, email, bank, credit cards into another name.
